Official copy of the Constitution & By-laws as approved at the MD37 Convention in May 2004 effective July 9th, 2004. Last changes were approved at the October 2005 Convention held in Blairmore, Alberta.

File containing the list of Presidents and Secretaries for Lionistic year 2008-2009 in adobe pdf format. File will not be posted until all clubs have filed their PU101's. As of July 6th, 16 clubs are outstanding. Check the report area of the website to ensure your club is not listed as being one that has not filed their club executive with LCI. File will be password protected when posted. Password must be obtained from either the webmaster@lionsdistrict37n.org or from the District Governor.
